(Los Angeles, August 5th, 2010) There are two professions in life most of the world secretly wants to be: a Porn Star or a Rock Star.
Hardcore rockers Gangbang prove it’s possible to be both as they join legendary locals Wildside and Little Caesar for a special show at the Key Club this Saturday Aug 7th 2010, at 10pm. The show promises “lots of hot and possibly naked girls.”
Gangbang, comprised of legendary male performers Evan Stone, Barrett Blade, Dale DaBone, and Mark Stone have been hard at work rehearsing for their performance.
“We’re so used to having to stay rock hard on set, but with Gangbang we get to actually rock hard on stage! I’ve been rehearsing with the band every night and the show is coming together really well” said Stone.
Fellow headliners Wildside have long dominated the Sunset Strip and the Whisky A Go Go. Helmed by vocalist Drew Rosenfeld, creative director for Hustler Video, the band formed in Los Angeles in 1991, the band was originally known as Young Gunns, but with a name change to Wildside, Capitol Records picked up the band in record time. Andy Johns co-produced the debut album that included singles such as “Hang On Lucy” and “Just Another Night” and also included a track co-written by KISS’ Paul Stanley. From melodic metal to hard rock and grunge/alternative, the band’s sound has evolved over time throughout their albums “Under the Influence” (1992), “Wildside” (1995), and “The Wasted Years” (2004). Wildside has remained somewhat dormant for the past decade, but after recently playing a sold out show at the Roxy, by popular demand they have been asked to do another show at the Key Club.
