SEPTEMBER 30, 2013 – TAMPA, FL – Adult superstar Ron Jeremy, Best Ethnic Performer nominee Misty Stone, and perennial emcee favorite Tony Batman will be on hand to host the 21st Annual NightMoves® Awards, held in Tampa, FL on Sunday, October 13. Jeremy has hosted every single show and will continue that tradition on the NightMoves® stage this year; Batman will be returning as Master of Ceremonies for his 8th consecutive year.
“The NightMoves® Awards were the first adult awards that I ever attended,” says Tony Batman, whose A! Entertainment and Planet Platypus Network are the media sponsors for the event. “And the first award I ever received from the adult industry came from NightMoves® as well. This show, out of all of the shows I emcee across the country, is the one that reminds me of my roots. It’s an honor to return to the NightMoves® stage to look forward to help crown this year’s winners.”
This year’s awards show will be held, for the first time, at premier topless gentlemen’s club Tampa Gold Club, who has played host to NightMoves®’ Star Caravan in the past. The Gold Club recently underwent a $850,000 total renovation, revamping the “sky box” private suites and private bars, adding marble and granite throughout the club, two 8’ x 10’ high def TV screens, and installing a $20,000 intelligent lighting system. The luxurious amenities extend backstage to the dancers as well – the dressing rooms now include new hardwood floors, a tanning bed, showers, and an overall spa-like ambience. All this, combined with the largest liquor selection in all of Tampa Bay, makes Tampa Gold the go-to gentlemen’s club for discerning gentlemen, ladies, and couples.
In addition to the fun antics and shenanigans by the veteran hosts, and the celebration of the best of the best in adult entertainment this year, the evening will feature several sexy, jaw-dropping, and heart-rate-increasing performances. Between award presentations, the audience will be treated to erotic performances by 2012 Miss Pole Champ USA winner Katie Sutra, national touring burlesque performer Gia Nova, Girlfriends Films contract star and gentlemen’s club favorite Prinzzess Felicity Jade, female impersonator Kamden T Cass, and Southeast Showclubs Dancers. The eye candy won’t be limited to sexy ladies; the evening will also feature Tampa Bay’s own East Coast Hard Bodies, who delighted the audience at last year’s Awards.
Throughout the show, everyone is invited to visit the “Wheel of Porn” located on the floor; a variety of prizes can be won at the game, including a flat-screen TV, donated by Friday Star Caravan venue host Bare Assets. The landmark awards show will then close the evening with a $1000 balloon drop – every single balloon dropped will contain some sort of dollar reward, in different denominations, for happy attendees.
NightMoves® Awards, started in 1993, is the third oldest and continuously running adult awards show in the United States, trailing only the AVN Awards and the XRCO Awards. The NightMoves® Awards were the first to allow fans to select the winners, making it the original Fan Based Awards, as well as the first awards show to allow on-line voting. In addition to the Fan Awards, the show presents Editor’s Choice awards based on reviews of DVDs in which the nominated performer has appeared.

“This year’s entire process has been nothing short of amazing,” says Tracy Allen, Editor of NightMoves® Magazine and Co-Producer of the NightMoves® Awards. “From the number of A-list industry celebrities attending and the sheer number of votes this year – we have received over 350,000 votes on our National Ballot, and that’s with only one vote per IP address allowed – to the new venues we have booked this year and the biggest list of sponsors ever…this is going to be an awards show weekend to remember, to be sure!”
Publisher and Founder of NightMoves Paul Allen adds, “With Ron, Misty, and Tony hosting the event, and with such amazing erotic performers on stage to entertain the audience, all in a beautiful new space – we are looking forward to celebrating our 21st year in high style!”
The NightMoves® weekend, which includes Star Caravan events, the NightMoves Magazine Fan Fest, and the 21st Annual NightMoves® Awards, is sponsored by Déjà Vu Showgirls, Thee Dollhouse, Bare Assets North, Bare Assets South, 2001 Odyssey, Hammered Harry’s, We are 321, Monarchy Distribution, Vivid Entertainment, Wicked Pictures, Score Group, Clips4Sale, Private Media Group, Pure Play Media, Naughty America, and DreamZone Entertainment.
