(June 7, 2013 – Fort Lauderdale, FL)<\/strong> As if there was any doubt, the EXXXOTICA Expo (www.eXXXoticaExpo.com<\/a>) further cemented its status as the nation\u2019s largest event dedicated to love and sex. Just a couple of days after EXXXOTICA South Florida, which ran May 31-June 2 at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, concluded its eighth annual show in the region, the numbers are in and all is sunny in the Sunshine State. The area is still buzzing about strong attendance, big revenues for exhibitors, a slate of incredible parties and unprecedented media attention for the show often imitated but never duplicated.<\/p>\n

A record number of beautiful women took advantage of EXXXOTICA South Florida\u2019s \u201cLadies Free Friday<\/a>.\u201d When the doors closed and the numbers were in, over 4,000 women had entered to enjoy the female friendly stage acts and seminars, 50 Shades inspired dungeon, over 150 adult stars and over 100 exhibitors in attendance at the show. Many had their men in tow, some made it a girl\u2019s night out, and some just came to enjoy the sights and sounds themselves and do some shopping at the diverse collection of booths at the show. Some longtime exhibitors who have been taking part in EXXXOTICA for years reported increased revenue for Friday and the show in total.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Fort Lauderdale show seemed to be a much better turnout. Sales surpassed our Miami Beach average overall. We had lots of fun and met cool people as well! We\u2019re excited to do it again at the Broward Convention Center,\u201d Danny Bettan of Fetish Me Up commented.<\/p>\n

Shirley of Chaturbate, a returning exhibitor and show sponsor, added, “Recruiting was definitely a success for us as there were hotties walking through non-stop. The Fort Lauderdale edition might be the best one yet!”<\/p>\n

“The Fort Lauderdale show rocked! I was ecstatic to see all the ladies come out on Friday night to support us. The seminars were awesome, especially Evan Stone’s ‘A Day in the Life of a Porn Star’. Exxxotica and Florida are Sun-sational !\u201d raved Rita Daniels.<\/p>\n

The area\u2019s media helped spread the word that EXXXOTICA was in town, with all of the major television networks, newspapers and radio stations running top stories and interviewing many of the stars who made the journey to the show. One focal point was the appearance of Farrah Abraham \u2014 MTV\u2019s former \u201cTeen Mom\u201d and the star of the Vivid Celebrity sex tape, Farrah Abraham: Backdoor Teen Mom. Fans braved long lines fpr a chance to talk to the reality TV beauty about her sexual escapades that were caught on film. Even fellow stars were curious about her sex life that was caught on camera.<\/p>\n

Whether you were there to meet your favorite adult star, see one of the many stage shows on the AEBN Entertainment Stage, take part in a seminar, browse items showcased from exhibitors or check out exotic cars, there was something for everyone at EXXXOTICA South Florida throughout the weekend.<\/p>\n

The AEBN Entertainment Stage featured a diverse array of amazing acts. Women could check out the Men of Adonis, while guys could ogle one of many eclectic burlesque troupes strutting their stuff for the eager crowds gathered in front. EXXXOTICA staples, like fan favorite, Rubberdoll, daily all-star Q&A panels with the stars, and the Ms. EXXXOTICA pageant were as popular as ever, as well as new features such as the first-ever Mr. EXXXOTICA contest and the Miss Pole Dance USA Competition were instant hits. Sunday at EXXXOTICA was Ron Jeremy Appreciation Day honoring the adult icon and featuring a \u201cpenis lookalike contest\u201d hosted by Ron himself in his first public appearance since his near-fatal heart condition.<\/p>\n

Seminars from the top names in adult and beyond were also standing room only. Ron Jeremy, Evan Stone, Kimberly Kane, Ryan Driller, Sean Michaels, Tanya Tate and Joanna Angel gave fans glimpses into their lives as they dished out advice and sex tips, while other adult industry luminaries did the same.<\/p>\n

The South Florida nights heated up with official after parties happening all over the area at the top nightclubs. Passion at the Hard Rock Casino, Mansion and Cameo in South Beach, as well as Vibe Las Olas, Karu and Off The Hookah in Fort Lauderdale were just some of the hot spots with parties hosted by stars such as Farrah Abraham, Teagan Presley, Alexis Texas, Allie Haze, Jynx Maze, and LA Direct Models.<\/p>\n
