Please welcome a very good friend of mine, Kora Peters. Kora was a good friend of someone who was part of my heart. The late Nadia Night. I never got to meet Kora in person until she came to visit her friend and me on their way to Vegas. She wanted to see where she lived. Later, she came back and stayed a while. This lady, as tiny as she is, ate all my food in my fridge. She can put it away. She can also cook. Funny story. She made this casserole. It was so good. It had pasta, meat, and who knows what. My belly was in heaven. I asked her for the recipe. She tells me I made that up with what you had there. lol She is also very handy and smart when doing repairs around the place because she does things faster and better than the landlord does. =)
